Usage Rates

These Usage Rates set out the rates for Platform Usage referred to in Section 4A.6 of our Terms and Conditions and form part of your agreement with us. The Usage Rates in effect at the time Platform Usage is incurred govern that usage.

In effect from September 18, 2026.

Rates vary by plan and by region. Your plan states which rates apply to you. If you are not sure, email [email protected].

For clients billed in the United States, Platform Usage is passed through at our cost and we retain no margin on it. We act solely as a billing intermediary for telecommunications charges and do not resell telecommunications services.

1. Platform Usage beyond the Platform Credits included in your plan is billed to your Wallet (Section 4A.4).
2. When the Wallet balance falls below US$10.00, it is automatically recharged by US$50.00. You can change or disable automatic recharge at any time in your account settings (Section 4A.4).
3. Unused Wallet balances are non-refundable and have no cash value on termination (Section 4A.5).
4. Separately priced add-on modules are not Platform Usage and are not listed here. Their price is stated in your plan (Section 3).

We may change these rates. Changes take effect when published here and apply to Platform Usage incurred afterwards. They do not apply retroactively.
