4. How we use information

• To provide and operate our products and services, including configuring, building, training, and maintaining them for each client.

• To perform services on our clients’ behalf, including answering and routing communications, qualifying and following up with leads, scheduling appointments, requesting and managing reviews, delivering marketing campaigns, building and maintaining websites and digital properties, recording consent, and logging interactions.

• To process payments and manage accounts, including subscriptions, trials, usage billing, and the trial-to-paid conversion described in our Terms.

How we use AI. Some of our products use artificial intelligence to conduct or assist with communications, generate content, and automate tasks. Information may be processed by AI service providers to deliver those features. We do not sell personal information to AI providers, and we work with providers under terms intended to prevent the use of client data to train third-party public models. Our clients remain responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, as described in our Terms.

5. Communications recording and monitoring

Some Gravity products record, transcribe, log, or store communications, including phone calls, text messages, chat sessions, and emails, in order to deliver the service and allow our clients to review them.

Where a product records calls, it is configured as a standard feature to provide a recording disclosure to callers and to request messaging consent where applicable.

Our clients remain responsible for providing any legally required notice, obtaining any legally required consent, and complying with all applicable recording, wiretap, communications, and consent laws in every jurisdiction where they and their contacts are located, as described in our Terms.

6. Advertising, analytics, and how we share information

We use analytics and advertising technologies, including tools provided by Google and Meta, to understand how our site is used and to measure and improve our marketing. These technologies may collect information about your device and browsing and may share it with those providers. Under some state privacy laws, such as the California Privacy Rights Act and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the use of advertising technologies like these may be considered "sharing" or "selling" personal information for targeted advertising.

You can opt out. To opt out of targeted advertising, or of the sharing of your information for that purpose, email [email protected]. We action the request and confirm it by email. You can also control cookies through your browser, as described in Section 9.

We also share information with service providers and subprocessors that power the Service, including the Gravity Marketing Suite platform, telephony and SMS carriers, Whop Inc. and Stripe, Inc., consent management and privacy compliance providers, Google, and Meta; with our client, for calls and messages we handle on their behalf; with authorities where legally required; and in connection with a business transfer.

7. Data retention

Client account data, communications content, recordings, and transcripts are retained while the account is active and for thirty (30) days after cancellation, after which they may be deleted unless longer retention is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Some products apply shorter default retention periods for stored recordings; these are described in the product’s settings or documentation. Usage and diagnostic data may be kept for a shorter period for analytics and security. Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify a person may be retained indefinitely.

8. Your rights and choices

Contact [email protected] to access, correct, or delete your information. Depending on your state, for example under the California Privacy Rights Act or the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of targeted advertising and sharing. Your callers should contact the business they called, which is our client, for requests about their information.

9. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies and, through our tag-management setup, analytics and advertising technologies. You can control cookies via your browser; disabling some may affect functionality.

10. Transfers, security, children, links

Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our providers operate. We use reasonable security measures but no system is perfectly secure. The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. Our site may link to third-party sites we do not control.
